It's very complicated and requires a lot of patience. It is also well articulated and has strong joints for poseability. When I was a little kid I always wanted an Optimus Prime toy but never got it. So now that I'm a big boy I figured I would go ahead and fulfill my childhood wishes and get this new Optimus Prime. Let me say this: as a display toy this is a really cool action figure. I think it looks really cool. I had no intention of leaving it in the truck form but figured I would try to transform it to its truck form just to check it out. IDK whether its the rum and cokes or maybe I'm just retarded but I just couldn't transform it. I tried to follow the instructions but I couldn't get past the first step. I then turned to Youtube and had a little more success but gave up after a while. <br /> <br />If you're buying this for a child that actually wants to play with it and transform it back and forth I would not suggest this toy. It is waaaaaaay to difficult to transform. If you're getting it for yourself or for a child that is a rocket scientist go for it!
